York University Libraries expects that your event’s activities do not disrupt the regular use of the space. You are required to familiarize yourself with, and to follow the Library Rules (https://www.library.yorku.ca/web/about-us/library-policies/library-rules/)

A site visit with Library Facilities is required for event approval. Submission of this form and preliminary approval are conditional upon the successful completion of the required Temporary Use of University Space (TUUS) application. Depending on scope, the TUUS approval process can take up to 6 weeks to process. For more details, please visit https://www.yorku.ca/tuus/.

Once the production is complete, you are required to provide York University Libraries with the final version for their records. This version must be the finished, official copy of the work.
